Dine With Us for Thanksgiving at The Union Station Nashville Yards
Here at The Union Station Nashville Yards, we’re proud to offer not only some of the best boutique luxury lodgings in Music City, but also some outstanding on-site dining establishments.
Along with The Bar Car and its irresistible combination of small plates and artisan cocktails, we’re privileged to play host to Stationairy, a bistro-style eatery serving up modern American cuisine to write home about.
And Stationairy will be very much open for business on November 28th. Maybe you’ll ease into things with one of our scrumptious shareables: our Union Station Meatballs, for instance, made with Tennessee grass-fed veal and pork and served with Calabrian chili, Manchego, roasted garlic, and tomato sauce you can sop up with a grilled baguette. Or consider our Crispy Brussels Sprouts, enhanced with cotija, picked chilis, and spiced local honey; Stationairy’s Fried Tandoori Cauliflower, accompanied by a garlic-yogurt sauce, cucumber salad, and pistachio; or—to mark the special occasion—some delectable Caviar.
Stationairy also whips up a tremendous trio of hickory pit-smoked dishes: (1) Sliced Beef, tri-tip with broccolini, black garlic, potato, and bordelaise; (2) Pork Duo, tenderloin and jalapeño cheddar sausage served with chimichurri, mustard sauce, and crispy potato; and (3) Tagine Chicken, a tandoori-spiced half-bird plated alongside crispy potatoes, creamy tomato gravy, cucumber, and a tomato salad.
Other entrées at our restaurant include Pan-Seared Trout (with blue crab, soaked roe, lemon butter, and a fennel and orange salad), Company Cut (chef’s choice, Tennessee-raised beef offered with duck-fat potatoes, grilled asparagus, maitre d’ butter, and a bordelaise sauce), and Sea Scallops (in a caper beurre-blanc sauce with seasonal root vegetables and Marcona almonds).
You can also enjoy flatbreads, burgers, salads, and more at Stationairy, not to mention Thanksgiving-worthy desserts such as Creme Brulee and the House-Made Brownie With Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
(Each and every night at our signature restaurant, by the way—and including Thanksgiving—couples can enjoy the Meet Me at Stationairy dining package, a multi-course delight that includes a glass of house wine or beer. Book your date night dinner here!)
Post-Thanksgiving Brunches at Stationairy Restaurant
The Friday, Saturday, and Sunday following Thanksgiving, meanwhile, will feature Stationairy’s beloved Weekend Brunch, a fine way to extend the holiday feasting. Menu highlights include everything from the Acai Bowl, Stationairy Hash, Breakfast Tacos, and The Toasted Elvis (buttered white bread with torched banana, country bacon, and natural peanut butter, backed up by an arugula salad) to the Pancake Stack, Fish & Chips, Shrimp & Grits, Banana Bread French Toast, and the Stationairy Club.
And the crowd-pleasing, soul-satisfying brunch eats come reinforced with an array of beverages, including bottomless mimosas and extravagant concoctions from the Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar.
