Dine Nashville 2023: Exploring Music City’s Top-Class Food Scene

Dine Nashville comes anchored by three fabulous pillars: Hot Chicken Week, Collaborative Chef Experiences, and Nashville Restaurant Week.

The second annual iteration of Hot Chicken Week (Monday, January 30th through Sunday, February 5th) gets things started in a fiery way. A bevy of establishments—Bolton’s Famous Hot Chicken & Fish, City Winery Nashville, Prince’s Hot Chicken, and many others—will be offering $7 hot-chicken specials during the week. Sample as many as your taste buds can stand to vote on Nashville’s “Best Hot Chicken”—a coveted honor, to say the least.

The Collaborative Chef Experiences feature exciting team-ups by leading Nashville chefs and culinary artisans, producing exclusive one-off meals. On February 1st, Chef Vivek Surti of TAILOR joins forces with Chef Rita Martinez of Sally Cubana at TAILOR. Chef Julia Sullivan of Henrietta Red welcomes Carne Mare chefs Andrew Carmellini and Levi Raines to her restaurant on February 8th.

On February 16th, Chef Ford Fry of Star Rover Sound/The Optimist/Superiva/O-Ku/Le Loup and Chef Gracie Nguyen of East Side Bahn Mi will whip up a masterpiece of a menu at Star Rover Sound. And on February 23rd, enjoy a “Gold Label Bourbon Dinner” courtesy at Chef Kristin Beringson’s Henley, featuring a collaboration with Cascade Hollow Distillery.

Nashville Restaurant Week

Restaurant Week caps off Dine Nashville month from Monday, February 20th through Sunday, February 26th. Participating eateries all over town will be featuring unique prix fixe brunch, lunch, and dinner menus just for the occasion, while a slew of other establishments, from bakeries to breweries, will offer their own irresistible deals.

Keep an eye on the Dine Nashville website for details on participating restaurants and the featured menus.
