The second annual iteration of Hot Chicken Week (Monday, January 30th through Sunday, February 5th) gets things started in a fiery way. Sample as many as your taste buds can stand to vote on Nashville’s “Best Hot Chicken”—a coveted honor, to say the least.
The Collaborative Chef Experiences feature exciting team-ups by leading Nashville chefs and culinary artisans, producing exclusive one-off meals. Chef Julia Sullivan of Henrietta Red welcomes Carne Mare chefs Andrew Carmellini and Levi Raines to her restaurant on February 8th.
On February 16th, Chef Ford Fry of Star Rover Sound/The Optimist/Superiva/O-Ku/Le Loup and Chef Gracie Nguyen of East Side Bahn Mi will whip up a masterpiece of a menu at Star Rover Sound. And on February 23rd, enjoy a “Gold Label Bourbon Dinner” courtesy at Chef Kristin Beringson’s Henley, featuring a collaboration with Cascade Hollow Distillery.
