Conductor’s Evening Experience

Every weekday in the Bar Car, the magic of travel and history comes to life in Conductor’s Evening, a carefully choreographed ritual that transports guests to a bygone era of elegant rail journeys.
‎ ‎
From dusk until the first notes of our live music fill the air, our lobby transforms: the overhead lights gently dim, replaced by the warm glow of vintage-like train lamps. As the clock strikes 6:30 PM, the signature Conductor’s Hour begins with the clear, resonant ring of a brass bell—evocative of the whistle signaling a locomotive’s departure. For one enchanting hour, we spotlight a different historic cocktail each night, offered at a special price. Every liberation on offer has its own story intertwined with the hotel’s past, its art and design.
As the final chime of the bell fades at 7:30PM, live entertainment continues—inviting you to linger a little longer, share stories, and savor the timeless romance of travel. Conductor’s Evening is more than just a nightly gathering; it’s a journey through history, one cocktail and one bell ring at a time.
