“Our stay at this historic downtown Nashville hotel was outstanding from start to finish. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The price was fair for the level of luxury, service, and location we received.
The overnight valet parking may seem expensive at first, but after seeing parking rates throughout downtown Nashville, it was actually on par with the area and well worth the convenience. The valet staff was exceptional. We had to access our car several times to retrieve items we had forgotten, and they were always friendly, prompt, and happy to help.
Our room on the seventh floor was absolutely beautiful, with a great view overlooking the historic rail yard. The hotel itself is stunning, and its location couldn’t be better—just minutes from Broadway and the restaurants, music venues, and attractions that make Nashville such a great destination.
We would also like to recognize a member of the front desk team who went above and beyond to ensure our accommodations were perfect.
