How many rooms does Union Station Hotel have?


What are the check-in and check-out times?

4pm check in, 11am check out

What do I need in order to check in?

A valid form of identification and a form of payment.

Where do I check in? 

Our front desk is located to your right, as you enter the main hotel lobby.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please cancel no later than 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid any penalty charges.

I need to make changes to my reservation. Who should I contact?

Please contact Marriott reservations at 1-888-236-2427.

Do you provide ADA-compliant accommodations?

Absolutely! Please make reservations aware when holding your room that you require ADA compliant accommodations.

Does the hotel allow smoking?

We are an entirely non-smoking hotel.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

We welcome your pets at Union Station! There is a fee and a waiver that are required for all pet stays.


Location, Transportation, and Parking

What is Union Station Hotel’s address?

We are located at 1001 Broadway, at the intersection of Broadway and 10th Avenue.

What is there to do around the hotel?

There is a little bit of everything within walking distance of the hotel, from the Frist Art Museum, to Honky Tonk Row to some amazing dining options in the Gulch. Feel welcome to check in with our front desk staff to assist with recommendations, or check out our map of local attractions here.

I’m coming from the Airport, what is the best way to get to the hotel?

Follow the route for 40 West toward Nashville

Keep left to follow the exit for 65 North toward Louisville

Take the exit for Broadway and turn right on Broadway

The hotel will be on your right.

Do you have a house car?

Unfortunately, no. But we recommend utilizing the Joyride golf cart service or taking advantage of the local ride shares.

What is the Destination Amenity Fee?

Union Station Hotel does not have a destination amenity fee.     

Does the hotel offer room service?

We do! Room service is available from 6:00AM through 11:00PM Monday through Friday, and from 7:00AM through 12:00 midnight on weekends. You’ll find the room service menu available on your television.
