What do I need in order to check in?

A valid form of identification and a form of payment.

Does the hotel offer parking?

Valet parking is available. The overnight rate is $59 per night, per vehicle. Parking for ERGO and Stationary is complimentary for the first 2 hours after which daily rates will apply.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please cancel no later than 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid any penalty charges.

We are an entirely non-smoking hotel.

We welcome your pets at The Union Station. There is a required pet fee and waiver for all pet stays.

Union Station Hotel does not have a destination amenity fee.

Does the hotel offer room service?

We do! Room service is available from 6:00AM through 11:00PM Monday through Friday, and from 7:00AM through 12:00 midnight on weekends. You’ll find the room service menu available on your television.
